About the Scholarship

The H. Margaret Kolouch Scholarship supports first-generation female, trans men, and non-binary Oregon students as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who are not graduating seniors and plan to enroll at least part time at an Oregon public college or university while studying economics or math are encouraged to apply.
