The H. Wayne VanAgtmael Cosmetology Scholarship program is available to graduating high school seniors who reside in Ferrysburg, Grand Haven, or Spring Lake in Michigan. Students who are studying for a degree in cosmetology at a public or private certified cosmetology program are welcome to apply. Those who demonstrate financial need receive special consideration.
