The Haley Elise Van Pelt Scholarship seeks residents of the East Tennessee Foundation service area who have a permanent intellectual or developmental disability and/or functional impairment. Residents planning to attend a college or university in Tennessee, Tennessee College of Applied Technology, a vocational program, trade school, or a program that helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain life skills are welcome to apply.
