The Hammons Charitable Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of Southern Baptist churches in east Arkansas and west Tennessee who are attending or planning to attend designated colleges and universities are encouraged to apply. Southern Baptist students attending East Arkansas or West Tennessee colleges or universities may also qualify.

Member of the Southern Baptist

Minimum 2.00 GPA

Resident of Arkansas or Tennessee

Attending Baylor University, Oklahoma Baptist University, Ouachita Baptist University, Union University, Williams Baptist University, or East Arkansas Community College

College freshman or sophomore

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree

Attending school in Arkadelphia, Forrest City, or Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Shawnee, Oklahoma, Jackson, Tennessee, or Waco, Texas

Demonstrate financial need
