The Hampton Roads Chapter AFCEA Undergraduate Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Children of members of AFCEA Hampton Roads, OR residents of the southside of the Hampton Roads area (cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach only), OR U.S. Armed Service members on active duty or recently separated assigned to commands in this area, their children or spouses are welcome to apply.

  • Child of a member of AFCEA Hampton Roads, OR resident of the southside of the Hampton Roads area (cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach only), OR U.S. Armed Service member on active duty or recently separated assigned to commands in this area, their child or spouse
  • Resident of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, or Virginia Beach, Virginia
