Hank Stone Memorial California Beef Cattle Improvement Association Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the California Cattlemen's Association (CCA) Young Cattlemen who are attending college or graduate school to prepare for a career in beef genetics or breeding.

Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled full-time at a junior college, 4-year college, or university in California who are CCA Young Cattlemen members.

Applicants must be preparing for a career associated with beef cattle genetics and/or breeding.

Selection is based on that statement, academic achievement (GPA of 3.0 or higher), other activities, and financial need.

An interview may be required.
