Hardin County Cattlemen's Association Wayne G. Overall, Jr. Memorial Scholarship recognizes graduating high school seniors who are planning to attend a technical school or university in Kentucky. Students who participate (or have a family member who participates) in production agriculture or agribusiness and are members of the HCCA (Hardin County Cattlemen's Association) or KJCA (Kentucky Junior Cattlemen's Association) are encouraged to apply.
