The Harley Baldwin Memorial Scholarship supports first-generation college students graduating from Aspen, Basalt, Glenwood Springs, or Roaring Fork high schools in Colorado. Students who demonstrate financial need and are planning to pursue an associate or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
