About the Scholarship

The Harper Chamber of Commerce Scholarship is open to seniors graduating from Harper High School in Texas. Applicants must be planning to attend a trade/vocational school with a curriculum of 2 years or less. Selection is based on the level of community service and letters of reference noting the commitment of the applicant. This program is sponsored by the Harper Chamber of Commerce and offered through the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country.
