The Harris and Myrtle Dalbec Scholarship supports male graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, of high schools in Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, and Lake counties in Oregon as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part-time are encouraged to apply.
