The Harrison-Labouisse-Mayo Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from a high school in Richmond City or Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, or Henrico counties, or attend Woodberry Forest School in Virginia. Students who had catastrophic circumstances that affected educational opportunities should apply.
