The Harry and Evelyn Dahlstrom Scholarship is offered to a graduate or graduating senior of any Phelps County high school who are also residents of Phelps County in Nebraska. Applications will be reviewed for participation in extracurricular activities, community service, and citizenship contributions. Students who plan to attend or are attending school in Nebraska are welcome to apply.
