The Harry and Evelyn Dahlstrom Scholarship is offered to a graduate or graduating senior of any Phelps County high school who is also a resident of Phelps County in Nebraska. Applications will be reviewed for participation in extracurricular activities, community service, and citizenship contributions. Students who plan to attend or are attending a school in Nebraska are welcome to apply.
