The Harry Bramhall Gilbert Merit Scholarship is available for graduates of Chesapeake, Virginia public schools who are attending the College of William and Mary, James Madison University, the University of Virginia, or Virginia Tech University. Students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, leadership, volunteer service, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
