Requirements

This program is open to residents of Wisconsin who are women of color enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.

Applicants must be a member of 1 of the following groups: African American, Asian, American Indian, or Hispanic.

Their field of study must be art, graphic art, commercial art, or a related area.

They must be able to demonstrate financial need.

U.S. citizenship is required.
