Requirements
  • This program is open to Hawaii residents who meet the legal definition of blindness or visual impairment.
  • Applicants must be members of the American Council of the Blind but may not be members of any other national organization for the blind.
  • They must submit high school and/or college transcripts, 2 letters of reference, and a 2page letter describing their educational goals.
