Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from public and private high schools in Hawaii.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll full time at a 4year college or university in Hawaii or on the mainland.
  • Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, personal involvement in campus and community activities, and employment experience.
  • Rotarians and their spouses, children, grandchildren, stepchildren, brothers, and sisters are ineligible.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
