Hazel Baird Lease Scholarship

About the Scholarship

The Hazel Baird Lease Scholarship is open to members or alumnae of Kappa Alpha Theta pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in speech therapy or speech communication. If no qualifying member applies, the award is available to a Kappa Alpha Theta member who lives in the greater Seattle, Washington, area and is seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field. If no resident of Seattle applies, the award is available to any member pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
