The Heather Clair Miller Salisbury State University is available to female students graduating from a high school in Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico, or Worcester counties in Maryland. Students planning to attend Salisbury University are encouraged to apply. Residents of Wicomico County receive first priority. Students who may be challenged in their academic pursuits because of rural and/or high-need status also receive special consideration
