The Helen and L.S. Wong Memorial Scholarship was established to support graduating high school seniors from the Fairfield-Suisun communities in California who wish to pursue a degree at a college or university. Community college students should demonstrate a strong commitment to transferring to a four-year institution. Students of at least 50% Asian heritage are encouraged to apply.
