The Helen and L.S. Wong Memorial Scholarship was created to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from the Fairfield-Suisun communities in California who wish to pursue a degree at a college or university. community college students should have a strong commitment to transferring to a 4-year institution. Students who are of an Asian heritage of at least 50% are welcome to apply.
