The Helen Jean Simpson Scholarship program is open to residents of Arizona who are graduating high school seniors or current undergraduates. Students who entered the U.S. as a Refugee, Asylum Granted, or Victim of human trafficking are encouraged to apply. Applicants with honors, achievements, or awards earned in academics, athletics, or a work environment receive special consideration.
