The Helene Langthorne Rose Endowed Scholarship is available to elementary school teachers in the Long Beach Unified School District who are working towards a master's degree at California State University, Long Beach. Students planning to pursue a degree in elementary education with specializations in curriculum and instruction, elementary education, dual language development, or mathematics education are encouraged to apply.
