The Helmut O. von Buchler and Hartmut K. von Buchler 4-H Memorial Scholarship supports graduating seniors from Bartholomew County high schools in Columbus, Indiana. Students who have been long-time participants in the Bartholomew County 4-H program or members of the 4-H Junior Leaders program are encouraged to apply.
