  • This program is open to residents of Minnesota or South Dakota who have an inherited bleeding disorder and/or are patients at a hemophilia treatment center in those states.
  • Applicants must be participating in programs and services of the Hemophilia Foundation of Minnesota/Dakotas.
  • They must be attending or planning to attend a college or university in any state.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
