Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are working on a bachelor's or higher degree in engineering, science, or a related field at an accredited 4-year college or university in any state.

Applicants must reside within 70 miles of Schenectady, New York.

They must be licensed radio amateurs of general class.
