The Herbert Allen Hart Symphony Percussion Scholarship is for members of The University of Southern Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, with special consideration given to percussion players. Applicants who are seeking a degree in music, music education, or music performance are encouraged to apply. Students in the English Language Institute who are members of the Symphony Orchestra are also eligible to apply.
