The Highland Lakes Legacy Fund: RoseLoe-Dix Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Marble Falls High School in Texas, or Tishomingo or Ada high schools in Oklahoma. Students studying for a degree in business, sciences, computers, Christian religion, literature, pre-med, engineering, or a medical field are welcome to apply.
