The Holdrege Rotary Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are residents of Phelps County, Nebraska. Students with consistent involvement and leadership in extracurricular activities, church activities, community service, and/or employment are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to a child, dependent, or descendant of a current member of the Holdrege Rotary Club.
