The Holloman Spouses Organization Scholarship provides financial assistance to spouses and dependents of Air Force personnel in the area of Holloman Air Force Base or White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.   • Dependent or spouse of an active duty, deceased, retired, or POW/MIA Air Force personnel currently residing in Dona Ana, Lincoln, or Otero, counties, New Mexico
  • High school senior, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, graduate degree, or Ph.D
  • Participation in community service
