The Holmes County Ministerial Association Scholarship is available to returning adult students or graduating seniors from Hiland or West Holmes High School. Students who are planning to pursue a ministry-related degree at a Christian-based college are welcome to apply. Residents of Holmes County in Ohio are given preference, further preference may be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need.
