The Ho'oulu Scholarship is for students whose studies at college were interrupted for any reason, but who are now ready to complete their college education. Students who demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year, students from Samoa or of Samoan ethnicity, and for students from another Pacific Island nation or ethnicity, including Hawaiian.
