The Hopewell Lions Club Scholarship in Honor of Louis C. Gibbs recognizes residents of designated communities in Virginia. Students participating in extracurricular activities who are seeking an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are welcome to apply. Hopewell residents, Lions Club Association members, and their children/grandchildren receive special consideration.
