The Horace Stevenson Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Capitol Hill, Crooked Oak, Douglass, Millwood, Southeast, and U.S. Grant high schools in Oklahoma. Students active in community service who plan to attend an accredited 2- or 4- year college or university are encouraged to apply.
