Requirements
  • This program is open to New Mexico residents who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or culinary school in the U.S.
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • Applicants must be planning to major in culinary, restaurant management, or other food servicerelated field.
  • Selection is based on that essay, GPA, industryrelated work experience, letters of recommendation, and presentation of the application.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
