The Hotel Association of Tarrant County Scholarship supports students entering or attending Tarrant County College Southeast Campus. Applicants should be enrolled in at least one course in hospitality or employed by a HATC member hotel. Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree in the hospitality and tourism field are encouraged to apply. Those pursuing a career in the travel, tourism, or hospitality field receive special consideration.

Requirements

Minimum 2.50 GPA

Resident of the U.S.

Attending or planning to attend Tarrant County College Southeast Campus

High school senior or community college student

Seeking a professional certification or associate degree full or parttime

Taking a minimum of one course in the hospitalityrelated field **OR**

Employed by a Hotel Association of Tarrant County member hotel (HATC) member hotel (minimum of 6 months) Preference is given to students pursuing a career in the travel, tourism, or hospitality field.
