Houston Branch ASCE Scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduates from any state who are working on a degree in civil engineering at designated universities in the Houston area of Texas.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of any state who are working on an undergraduate degree in civil engineering at Prairie View A&M University, Rice University, Texas Southern University, University of Houston, or University of Texas at Tyler-Houston Engineering Center.

Applicants must be fulltime sophomores, juniors, non-graduating seniors, graduating seniors continuing on to graduate school, or continuing graduate students.

They must be members of their student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Selection is based on overall merit, personal student achievements, and financial need.
