The Houston Youth Gala Scholarship provides need-based financial support to undergraduate students enrolled at any four-year college or university in the United States. Special consideration is given to students attending one of the four UNCF-member HBCUs in Texas: Huston-Tillotson University, Texas College, Wiley University, or Jarvis Christian University.
