The Howard J. "Skip" Lee and Gene H. McDaniel Scholarship are for active members of Sigma Phi Epsilon who are juniors at The University of Southern Mississippi. Students who exhibit involvement in school and leadership skills are encouraged to apply. Applicants living in the fraternity house are given special consideration.
