The Howard P. Rawlings Campus Based Educational Assistance Grant is available to students that were not considered for the Howard P. Rawlings Educational Assistance Grant due to not filing for financial assistance by the Maryland state deadline. Students who are planning to pursue an associate or bachelor's degree at an institution in Maryland are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
