The H.P. Bud Milligan Aviation Scholarship is available to students pursuing a degree in an accredited aviation program at a college, technical school, or aviation academy. Students who are actively engaged in local organizations and activities are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who are members of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) or their local EAA chapter.
