HRC Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia who participate in the Junior ROTC program and plan to enroll in ROTC at a college in any state in order to become an officer in the U.S. military.

Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the 7 cities that make up the Hampton Roads region of Virginia (Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach).
  • Applicants must be participating in the Junior ROTC program of any service in their high school and be planning to enroll at a 4year college or university in any state that has a senior ROTC program.
