The IBT Mark Byrne Memorial Scholarship is open to students currently enrolled at least part-time at Johnson County Community College (JCCC) in Kansas. Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree in business, marketing, or entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply. Residents of Kansas or Missouri who are first-generation college students receive special consideration.
