Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Illinois who plan to enter a college, university, or trade or technical school in the state.

Applicants must have a verified disability (copy of IEP must be submitted) and a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

They must be able to demonstrate financial need.
