The Idaho Opportunity Scholarship for Adult Learners supports the educational goals of returning adult students. Idaho residents who earned at least 24 postsecondary credits before their cease in enrollment, and are now planning to pursue a professional certification, associate, or a first bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
