The Idaho Opportunity Scholarship for Adult Learners supports the educational goals of returning adult students. Idaho residents who earned at least 24 postsecondary credits before their cease in enrollment, and are now planning to pursue a professional certification, associate, or a first bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Resident of Idaho
  • Graduate or will graduate from an Idaho high school
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • Planning to attend one of the 12 eligible Idaho colleges or universities as a returning student
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Earned at least 24 postsecondary credits before a cease in enrollment
  • Not have completed more than 2 classes in the last 24 months
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress
