The Illinois Scholarship for Dependents of Correctional Officers provides financial assistance to the children or spouses of disabled or deceased Illinois correctional workers. Students seeking a professional certification, an associate degree, a bachelor's degree, or a graduate degree at an ISAC-approved Illinois 2- or 4-year college or university are welcome to apply.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree full or parttime
  • Attend an ISACapproved Illinois 2- or 4-year college or university in Illinois
  • U.S. citizen or an eligible noncitizen
  • Natural born or legally adopted child or any child in the legal custody of the Illinois correctional officer who was killed or disabled in the line of duty, or spouse of the Illinois correctional officer at the time of death or disability
