The Independence Excavating Scholarship provides financial assistance to students from any state who are working on an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree in a field related to construction at a college or university in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia. Current college students who are at least of sophomore status are welcome to apply.
