Requirements
  • This program is open to sophomores, juniors, and non-graduating seniors at accredited colleges and universities in central Indiana.
  • Applicants must be or become a student or professional member of IndySHRM. They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be preparing for a career in human resources after graduation.
  • Selection is based on academic merit, commitment to the human resource profession as demonstrated by the essays and/or school or work achievements, and faculty or employer recommendation.
  • A personal interview may be required.
