Requirements
  • This program is open to students enrolled at colleges and universities in Iowa who are of Latino heritage.
  • Applicants must submit 500word essays on 1) what being Latino means to them and what they have done or plan to do in the Latino community; and 2) the importance of this scholarship in their college plans.
  • Selection is based on those essays, GPA, extracurricular activities, community service, and leadership or work experience.
