The Iowa Purebred Swine Council Scholarship is granted to undergraduate students who are majoring in animal science or related fields at Iowa State University. Students who possess a strong background in 4-H and/or FFA swine projects are highly encouraged to apply. The scholarship committee gives special consideration to students who have a strong desire to continue their involvement in the purebred swine industry after completing their graduation.

Member of Future Farmers of America and/or 4-H with an emphasis on swine projects

Resident of the U.S.

Attending Iowa State University

College junior or senior

Seeking a bachelor's degree

Studying animal science or related fields Preference is given to students who have a desire to remain active in the purebred swine industry after graduation.
