The Irvine Leonard Welding Scholarship is offered to Tallahassee State College students pursuing a certification in welding. Applicants must not be eligible for a Pell Grant, nor may they receive any tuition funding from their employer in order to qualify. Additional consideration is provided for women returning to college, as well as residents of Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, or Wakulla counties in Florida.
