Requirements
  • This program is open to graduate students at a university in any country who are engaged in study or research in the field of offshore mechanics or related fields of the ocean or Arctic engineering.
  • Applicants must submit official college transcripts and a letter of recommendation from their thesis supervising professor, department chair, or member of the sponsoring organization.
  • Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, and the integrity, character, and morals of the applicant.
  • Preference may be given to applicants whose papers are accepted at a technical meeting supported by the sponsoring organization.
